In the Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics, our students are given basic information in the first year. In the following years, elective courses are offered to enable them to specialize in certain subjects. The program period is 5 years, and the language of the program, the first year of which consists of preparation, is completely English.
Our students can do their internships in medical faculties such as diagnosis and treatment centers of genetic diseases, in the health sector, in areas that require biotechnology such as food and agriculture, and in many laboratories, including transgenic animal production. In addition, internships abroad within the scope of the Erasmus internship program are also accepted.
